Eleken is a pragmatic UI.UX design agency for SaaS, we create UI.UX products for US & European markets. 

We are a retainer agency, which means that clients pay a fixed amount every month, and you don’t have to estimate every project. So basically, it is a subscription-based product designer. More details about how it works here.


As a Sales Manager at Eleken, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, nurturing leads, and driving sustainable growth. You’ll connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and establish long-term relationships, positioning Eleken as their go-to solution.


Your Role & Adventure:

  • Lead Nurturing: Actively engage and nurture both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they’re aware of Eleken’s value proposition.
  • Sales Calls: Participate in joint sales calls with the Head of Sales. As you gain experience, you’ll independently handle sales calls, tailoring your pitch to individual client needs.
  • Post-Call Engagement: After initial sales discussions, follow-up with potential clients, offering them resources, blog posts, or additional solutions that might pique their interest and encourage them to commence a trial with us.
  • CRM Maestro: Maintain and update our CRM, ensuring accurate data recording and lead tracking.
  • Retargeting: Reconnect with old clients and lapsed leads, reminding them of Eleken’s evolving offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment in strategies and to gather insights that can aid in sales processes.

Job requirements


Hard Skills:

  • Fluent English (C1): Both written and spoken.
  • Sales Background: At least one year of experience in any sales role.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools and documenting sales processes.
