Eleken was founded to improve the design services of SaaS companies. We focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that help businesses scale and succeed. Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.

We’re building a custom platform for our design agency to automate and streamline the collaboration between clients, designers, and sales teams. Think internal CRM meets talent marketplace. We're starting from scratch: the design is being done in-house, and now we're looking for a developer who will own the implementation end-to-end.

Who are we looking for?

A Full-Stack Developer (React + Node.js) with 2+ years of hands-on experience building web apps from the ground up. You’re comfortable with clean architecture, value good UI, and take initiative like it's second nature.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop a custom internal platform from scratch using React and Node.js

• Collaborate directly with the design and sales teams to implement user flows and key features

• Own the full development cycle: from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance

• Proactively propose improvements and shape product decisions alongside the founder

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with React and TailwindCSS

• Solid backend skills in Node.js (Express or similar)

• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Understanding of API integration, auth flows, and data modeling

• Comfortable working independently and driving features from idea to release

• Clean, maintainable coding style and Git proficiency

• Experience creating a product from scratch

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n)

• Familiarity with Retool or other low-code platforms

• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or internal tools
