As a Junior Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll help us grow by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales Development, Anna Demerchian, and a team of experienced lead gen specialists.

Required Skills:

- 6+ months of experience in lead generation or relevant online courses

- Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach

- Strong written English (B2+)

- Clear communicator with a professional and friendly tone

- Fast learner who is organized and result-driven

- A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Would be a plus:

- Hands-on experience with lead generation automation tools

Tasks:

- Finding potential leads on LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites

- Analyzing job posts to detect companies that need design help

- Reaching out via LinkedIn and email to introduce Eleken

- Following up and qualifying leads

- Scheduling intro calls for our Business Development Managers
